Why Invest in Koh Tao?
Apart from being a supremely beautiful island encompassing all the attributes of a tropical paradise, Koh Tao is also a great investment opportunity.

The island's more luxurious accommodation is often fully booked for both peak and high season and even low season offers great occupancy, as there is a significant bottle neck with regards to the more upmarket accommodation. Resorts such as Thipwimarn, Jamahkiri, Sensi Paradise Resort and Coral Grand Resort often enjoys 80% occupancy even during the tradional low season months of October and November. Private villas such as Jivarah and Anankhira are often fully booked even during the low season.

Comparing the island to Koh Samui, where the property market has been booming for several years and where both the resort and private villa market is oversaturated with choice, Koh Tao offers a much greater return on your investment.

Adding to that, land is substantially cheaper and great seaviews or beach proximity is a given, compared to land on Koh Samui.
