Anandapuri Sunset Residence offers guests the most private and luxurious holiday experience on Koh Tao island with more than 150 square meters of open plan living. The large balcony and pool terrace are perfect spots to enjoy a fantastic and unobstructed sea and sunset view. Infact the view spans from Jansom Bay to part of Koh Nang Yuan Island.

The villa features two airconditioned bedrooms with the master bedroom enjoying it's own private sea view bathroom. The master bedroom opens up to it's own private terrace and at night you can enjoy the view of the moon shining on the endless ocean in front. Around full moon it is an absolute fantastic sight.

If you are looking for the ultimate in privacy and luxury on Koh Tao Island then the answer is Villa Lipanaa.

Lipanaa is Thai for a comfortable and tranquil space. Villa Lipanaa is just that: a fully serviced villa located in an old coconut plantation near Ko Tao's Sairee Beach, surrounded by green clad mountains and blue skies. Within easy walking distance from beautiful Sairee Beach and just 2-3 minutes walking to shopping and restaurants, Villa Lipanaa offers excellent value for money.

Villa Lipanaa is nestled in a mature tropical walled garden surrounded by lush vegetation and and is a perfect choice for a group of friends or a family with it's two airconditioned bedrooms, private pool with a large pool terrace with sunbeds and dining area. The villa also features a well appointed living room and kitchen.

Daily maid service is provided (cleaning of villa, changing of bedsheets & towels). Furthermore toiletries, towels (including beach towels) etc. is all provided and inclusive in our rates. Our staff will check in with guests during the day to check everything is in order and all meals can be arranged if required.

Our previous guests have all been thoroughly delighted by the villa's facilities, privacy and beauty and all of them have said that this website does not do the villa justice.

Our retreat is tucked away in a lush tropical garden, on a gently sloping hillside overlooking The Gulf of Thailand beyond the coconut palms.

Swaying coconut palms & a Balinese inspired architecture makes the small retreat blend into nature's garden, creating a tranquil space for guests appreciating a tropical, earthy luxurious atmosphere, with minimal interfearance and privacy. Wea are not a resort, but simply three individual and unique residences, where guests can enjoy the view, a small pool and a romantic tropical setting, between venturing out and around on Koh Tao on their own.

The three residences are all unique - each it's own space - slightly different from one another - flowing with the topography of the landscape, the boulders & the coconut palms.

We cater to nature lovers who want to see the beautiful Gekko lizard climb the wall and sing his song. People who would love to photo the harmless Preying Mantis wobbling across the decking looking for her lunch. Our remote location means a 100 metre jungle walk to reach the beach. All villas are fitted with air conditioning and flat screen TV as standard. Occasionally due to the local power infrastructure, we might lose electricity for an hour or two, we simply light a candle and enjoy the stars.

We offer relief from the hassle, noise and complications of civilization. Our guests can relax deeply and privately in the warm waters of their own infinity pool, knowing that our friendly helpful staff are close at hand to fetch them anything that the island has to offer.
